since all ratios are equal, you can add top part and bottom part.
You will get the ratio to be =2. So you have x/y=2, x= 2y, (x+y)/z= (2y+y)/z=3y/z=2. z= 2/3 y. Now you have x= 2y, z=3/2 y. y is common for both. Select y=1
You get x=2, z= 3/2, y=1.
x/y=2, (x+y)/z=3/(3/2)=2. The ratios work out ok
