Resonant frequency is inversely proportional to the square root of the product of L and C. If C remains constant and L drops to 1/3, then the resonant frequency increases to √3 = 1.732 of the original.

Total inductance will be 1/3. Example, three 3.6mH inductors in parallel gives you 1.2mH.
Just like resistors in parallel.
