f(a+h) = a+h + 1/(a+h)
f(a+h)  f(a)
= a+h + 1/(a+h)  (a+1/a)
= a+h + 1/(a+h)  a  1/a
= h + 1/(a+h)  1/a
Get a common denominator.
ha(a+h)/[a(a+h)] + a/[a(a+h)]  (a+h)/[a(a+h)]
= (ha^2 + h^2a + a  (a+h)) / [a(a+h)]
= (ha^2 + h^2a  h) / [a(a+h)]
= h(a^2 +ha1) / [a(a+h)]
Now divide by h.
[h(a^2 +ha1) / [a(a+h)]] / h
= (a^2+ha1) / [a(a+h)]
Now take the limit as h goes to 0.
(a^2+(0)a1) / [a(a+0)]
= (a^21) / a^2
