Using log rhythmic differentiation sqrt[x(x+2)] explanation ?

Can someone explain to me  why the rational is on the bottom instead of the top (on the last step)

    You have √u / u  = 1/√u, the u is x(x+2) here.

    Because sqrt(a)/a = 1/sqrt(a)
