What do I do if my gf has a seizure?
She has epilepsy and honestly it's a bit awkward asking about stuff like this and I can't say i've had experience in people with epilepsy. If it was just us two and she were to have a seizure what am I supposed to do?

Ask her.
Admit your lack of knowledge.
Tell her you care for her safety.
Ask how she would like you to act if she has a seizure.
She will appreciate you being open and not freaking out.

You really do nothing other than make sure she is safe, on the ground, on her side. I agree, ask her. It’s silly to not talk about that elephant in the room.
