Hispanic and Arab are not races.

No. Each race has different inherent qualities and abilities suited to their environment.

Those are not races. Those you mentioned are colours, continents and pan-ethnicities/languages and cultures.

All Humans started from scratch in Africa.

What do you mean by "race"? "Black" and "white" are perceived skin colours, they are not races. "Asian" refers to someone from one of the forty eight countries in Asia stretching from Turkey to Timor Leste, it is not a race. "Hispanic" and "Arab" refer to language origins and say nothing about ancestry, or skin colour. They are not races.

There are no biological races in humans, we are all far too closely related. There are obviously regional differences in appearance but these are superficial and do not constitute biological races.

It is impossible for results to be the same among different groups. If you want to see how different races would do on their own, look no further than comparing the black, white, Asian, Arab, and Hispanic countries.
