How do I get out of the habit of calling my ex my boyfriend if we still live together?

Practice. That's how you get into or out of ANY habit. You keep doing it. In this case, you start calling him by his name or you call him your "ex boyfriend" instead of calling him your boyfriend. Is that really so hard to understand?
