The new product (a concentrator)  from Inogene

extracts oxygen from the air and provides the oxygen

to the patient.  So instead of refilling the tank, you have to  keep

    the concentrator

connected to electricity or recharge the battery.

While an Oxygen Tank is just storage container for oxygen that was generated

elsewhere.   It hold a certain amount of oxygen and when

it's gone, you have get it refilled at a store or buy a new tank.
