Meal A:

-grilled chicken

-romaine lettuce

-tomatoes

-cheese

-beans

Meal B:

-Guacamole

-romaine lettuce

    They are all healthy but beas are high carb.

    Both could be quite healthy if you check the nutritional elements of the cheese and beans, and make sure you're getting a good balance of proteins.

    Probably A because B contains very little protein.
