Ok so I've been chosen as a winner for a pretty shady looking giveaway and been talking to the host and I only sent the neccesary info. But then he texted me this... Should I block him?

It's a TOTAL SCAM, my friend.  Simply ignore it.

Unfortunately, it appears that YOU didn't have the sense to inform us which forum you've received this message on so we don't know if you have the option of 'blocking' the scammer.

Anytime they ask for money up front, to get the prize that you've already won, you can go ahead and assume that it's a scam.
