why do a lot of white collared jobs pay a lot to do a job that is super easy?  and really are more to do with "management skills" ?

super professional jobs that pay a lot, but really a robot operating a software program could probably  do it for free or a high school kid. is this some type of Big Brother , tiered facade that is about enslavement of  mass people by "white collared managers"? other? example pharmacist. gets paid 100,000 per year to do a job that is as easy as a person who operates a cash register at Mcdonalds. .WHY?

A pharmacists job is not as easy as a person who operates a cash register at Mcdonald's.  A pharmacist has to be familiar with thousands of medications, know which ones are not safe to take together, be able to answer the patient's questions (both medical questions and insurance questions), be able to mix some medications that are shipped unmixed to preserve their shelf life, be able to administer vaccines, etc.  It takes years of training, and if they screw up even once, someone can die.

They only seem easy because the people are good at them.
