How can a Borderline Personality Disorder get well if they do not work on their problem?

Obviously, they can't.

But everyone should know about this resource for education and self help:  Dr. Daniel Fox is a psychologist who has several You Tube videos to EXPLAIN what is going on  with the Borderline Personality Disorder and how they can WORK and HELP THEMSELVES to learn about the illness and overcome it.

I know we often get questions from people with Borderline Personality Disorder and when we answer them, they become abusive and inappropriate unless they get sympathy and attention.

If you post information about Borderline Personality Disorder, they stalk you and become abusive and inappropriate and this is why most mental  health providers don't want to help them.  You can't help them and they don't want help.

And so from now on, I am going to refer to Dr. Fox's work every time the topic of Borderline Personality comes up.  Now, can anyone else come up with any good self-help websites, videos, work books or other resources to use when answering these people's questions?

Any other resources for them that YOU can think of?

So if you know the answer, why ask the question.

You are right, they can't get well if they don't do anything.

A disorder can't get well or sick.  It is a condition; not a person.

We are people not our diagnosis you heartless cow. You claim to work in mental health but that’s a lie, someone as nasty as you wouldn’t be allowed.
