Is it possible to construct 48 ft tall columns with beams only in one direction at 12 ft intervals?

So here is the thing, a client wants to construct a warehouse with RCC structure. The height of the slab should be 48ft tall from ground level, the area of slab is 14'x44' and so the columns will be along the longer direction at 11ft intervals. The client does not want any beam in shorter direction for columns other than the corner, so my question is, is it possible to construct those 48ft tall columns with beams only in 1 direction?

of course it is possible. You could do it with 4 columns if you wanted. The devil is in the details.  Hire a good construction engineer and he will provide the needed details, when you provide the full specifications to him (or her).
