Whic sentence is correct? - WHICH

    I'm a pretty new musician 👍

    I'm a pretty new a musician 👎

where do I put the "a"? - Why do you want to put an "a"?

Pretty is a slangy way to talk.

    I'd use:  fairly.

    I'm a fairly new musician.

The first sentence is correct. The second is wrong.

I am a pretty-new musician, unless you mean that you are pretty and a new musician, in which case I am a pretty, new musician is what you ought to write.

The article (the, a) goes in front of the adjectives describing the noun.
