Why do people automatically assume that if someone is homosexual, he must be leftist and wimpy :-)?

Question

There used to be a situation where one far right activist wanted to intimidate two guys in a bar because people said they were fags and they were actually gay, but also officers of the Polish army who recently returned from a military mission in the Polish military contingent of Karbala in Iraq where they fought alongside the Americans and the British survivors of Hussein's army :-)

Suffice it to say that ONR (far right) landed in the ER :)

Apparently, US marines with gay inclinations envied Polish gay soldiers and the British that gays can openly serve in virtually every European army :-)

Apparently, American soldiers thought that Poland was a homophobic country, that Poland as Poland could, but not the Polish Armed Forces, that gays could serve from the 70s when they were called the armed forces of the Polish People's Republic

No one envies Polish soldiers - or Polish citizens.  I see no problem with "gays" serving in any branch of the Military.  Marines ENVYING Polish soldiers?  Your lack of knowledge of the US Marine Corps is actually amusing.
