Pain in my lower abdomen?

About 3 or 4 days ago I started having a mild weird pain in my lower abdomen somewhere between my leg and stomach near my p*nis. It hurts sometimes when walking or even moving my leg. When I sit it doesn't hurt and when I walk most of the time it doesn't hurt bad, but I just feel thing tingly pain? What is this? Is this dangerous?

    Possibly a hernia beginning. Hernia is a breach of the abdominal wall.

    thats a kidney stone.  might want to get that checked out asap
