When serving in the military, how much trouble would you be in if you got yourself into a brawl with the other soldiers?

    Depends on who instigated it

Normally a court martial with BCD for the chief instigators with NJP and reduction in rank for others involved

Captain's Mast [in the Navy] or similar in other services.  Punishments range up to and including loss of rank [demotion], as well as others the Captain may impose.

As with everything in the military, it depends on your rank. The higher your rank, the more responsible you're expected to be. Officers or senior Non-Commissioned Officers could expect some career damage over an incident. Regular soldiers would get a slap on the wrist for fighting. Been there.

This would probably be punishable under article 128 (assault) and/or article 138 (general article). Depending on the circumstances and severity of the fight, it could go to NJP or all the way to court martial. Punishment could include reduction in rank, forfeiture of pay, extra military instruction, restriction, and administrative separation. If taken to CM, punishment could also include punitive discharge and confinement.

court marshal, article 15.  so reduction in pay or dishonorable discharge.

I wouldn't hire anyone with a dishonorable discharge.
