Sorry but why would you WANT to write it in words?
the question is asking YOU to calculate the result of the equation and give the result as your answer
NOT how to write the equation in english
You normally go the other way - convert what somebody has written in words (or told you in english) into mathematical notation
to be able to do this is THE most important thing you need to learn early on when learning maths AND learn it soon
IF you cant do the question as written and need to have it written down in english then you are gonna have a very hard time in maths

The last word should be eighths not eights. Other than that, it looks correct.

'y squared' is the same as y to the power of 2
Similarly, 12 cubed would be the same as 12 to the power of 3
I would say this efficiently as:
y squared x equals twelve cubed divided by five eights
Any mathematician would write down your equation from this statement.

y^2 x = 12^3 ÷ 5/8
y squared multiplied by x equals
twelve to the power of three divided by five eights.

You can see my previous answer in the other post. But there are many ways to write it in words. And note that when you said "multiplied by X " could be an error.
This is because the symbol that looks like an x is not the letter x but is the symbol for multiplication in your picture. Look up the fonts used for your variables. They differ from the fonts of the operations. They obviously made a mistake in the question. Tell that to your teacher.

y squared is the same as y to the power of two. Either is correct.
as is twelve cubed.
