Are you good at sleeping through the night?

    I'm a good sleeper, always have been. I conk right out, sleep through my husband's alarm, can fall back to sleep really quickly.

    Yes but  there are days when I have this amazing energy which was also the same when I was a jerking

    Yes, but I only sleep about 6 hours a night.
