Can anyone help with a physics problem?

A wheel-and-axle system shown consists of two coaxial wheels of radius r = 1 meters and R = 2

meters. The forces applied to the system as shown in the diagram are:

F1 = 15 N

F2 = 30 N

F3 = 20 N

F4 = 40 N

If counterclockwise is positive, what is the net torque on this system?

Thank you

    Without the diagram we cannot imagine the locations and directions of the forces.  It is impossible to help.
