How to lose body fat? ?

Any tips to begin losing weight? Or any links

    Caloric reduction (eating less) is the ONLY way to lose weight.

    Coupled with some light exercise like aerobics, using a hula hoop, running and walking will also work toward that goal.

    If you try to lose weight by lifting heavy weights your body will crave energy (food) which will make you gain weight (bulk up) not lose it.

    Some light dumbbell work, jumping rope, and sit ups/crunches will go far too.  Don't forget about planks...they'll work your core.

    You can make your own dumbbells at home by using water, sand or small stones in a gallon milk jug, as well as lifting 4# bags of sugar and even 5# bags of potatoes.  Couple these with squats and standing on your toe tips for variety.

    Swimming is by far the most fun way to lose weight.  You exercise your entire body without adding pressure to your back or knees from lifting or running.
