I want to add a older card for video encoding for my stream. When I play graphic intense games my stream gets bogged down and stutters. I don't want to switch to CPU because I want to interact with my audience ASAP.

Why the older card?
Most capture cards = 100+
GTX 1050 (new and old) = 300+
GTX 950 (Used) = 30+
