on windows 10, you go to the search bar down at the Bottom on the taskbar and type in This PC, and it would pop up an icon saying This PC and then you click the icon and it would show you the drive list and gb you have..

Go to My Computer then right click on the drive you want to check GB on. Go to Properties-General. You should see a pie chart indicating used, free and total capacity in gigabytes.
