It’s not worth a single penny more than usual unless there is proof that signature is genuinely his.
Even then it may just be a tank taken off another bike, so to add any genuine value you’d also need proof that bike frame and engine number are the ones he used.
His signature isn’t particularly scarce, and collectors prefer them on smaller and more easily stored and traded items such as merchandise.
So don’t be swayed by the bit of dubious ink. Just pay whatever is fair for that bike at that mileage and condition in that sales location, and don’t be afraid to do the usual hard haggling to beat the price down.
Manx sellers of cars and bikes often chance their arm by trying to get UK mainland prices, but real-world prices there are usually lower due to the far smaller pool of local Manx buyers and the costs of transporting and re-registering those vehicles in the UK. Same deal with buying in N.I. for UK mainland buyers.

you should look for other items he autographed to get an idea of what his signature is worth. That will give you an idea of what he adds to its value. Is he still alive? If so he is still signing so that signature isnt worth a lot as its not going to be rare.
