ive tried to keep my sodium below 1500mg while drinking 2-3 l a day but i feel really fatigued and experience frequent headaches. Could this be because this is too little sodium?

Unless you're taking a diuretic or have kidney disease, that's highly unlikely. The salt content in prepared foods is so high that anyone eating a typical American diet gets too much sodium. TTY doctor.

Drinking too much water depletes the body of sodium.
