Can you reject a wire transfer and stop the funds from being deposited in your bank account?

If you have a checking account at a large bank such as Wells Fargo or Bank of America or Citi, is there anything that you can do to your account so that any incoming wire transfers are automatically rejected?

Often a deposit will show as “Pending”; perhaps while a deposit by wire transfer is “Pending”, would the bank reverse the transaction and reject the funds?

Thanks.

    Talk to your bank.

You can speak with the bank and set it up with them. They are within their rights to charge you for the service.

First you have to look it from the banks point of view they are in business to take in money not give it to you.
