Bowel disease/ working ?

I have ulcerative colitis and I’m not supposed to be doing heavy lifting frequently , due to it possibly causing a flare up. Should I continue to work at the post office because of this?

    Talk to your boss about an alternative position.   Talk to your union rep first.   Make sure you are treated fairly.

    you could ask them to do a desk job
