I use Equate brand. Cheaper and do the same thing.

Lots of people do, though lots of people also do not know how to use them properly. They should only be used to clean the ears without entering your ear canal. The ear is self-cleansing. Inserting q-tips only pushes the wax further which will build up deep inside. Earwax will migrate outside on its own in the form of little balls when you just let it be.
