What was the best designed US coin?

Older coins look cool , but I think both the IKE dollars had wonderful reverses.
The normal Ike, had an Eagle, hovering over the moon surface, with the earth in the background. It was a striking design.
and then the Bicentennial Ike, had a full Moon, with the Liberty Bell sort of imposed over it. a Nod to the older reverse of the Ben Franklin half, (The Liberty Bell) Our PAST, with the Moon, our Future.
Being a kid of the Moon landing age, I thought the coins that had the MOON on them, were just the coolest.
and as for intricate designs, the reverse of the Kennedy half, was pretty intricate with many fine, small details.
Either the Morgan Silver dollar or the Double Eagle.
The Morgan Dollar series (1878-1921). The intricate detail in its design is breathtaking and has never been matched.
The St Gaudens Double Eagle is an awesome design, too. But it lacks the exquisite detail of the Morgan Dollar.

The Saint-Gaudens double eagle is a twenty-dollar gold coin, or double eagle, produced by the United States Mint from 1907 to 1933. The coin is named after its designer, the sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens, who designed the obverse and reverse. It is considered by many to be the most beautiful of U.S. coins.

There was a dollar coin some years back that was really cool because it was two-tone, brass in the middle with a silvery ring around it.
