I never heard this before. Probably because having a problem with a white actor in your black people movie would not have gone well for their careers.
Had I known back then, I'd have said screw these guys if they hate white people.

Why is the movie so racist it was supposed to be all blacks?
It would not have done as well excluding white people. Especially back then.
