How come rockets aren’t launched near the bottom of the earth to save on fuel, a rocket could dall straight down to space using less fuel ?

Fall straight down, not dall

Update 2:

Some say earth has no bottom, lies! What do you call the area of the south pile it’s not the top

There is no up or down in Space.  Earth does not have a Bottom.  It is Round and gravity is much the same in all places.

Makes perfect sense for polar orbit.

Several reason s the main I es being Earth DOES NOT HAVE A BOTTOM because Earth is physical AND gravity always?accelerates TOWARD the center mass of the closest massive object.

There are additional reasons why rockets are launched from locations as close to the equator as possible. Since Earth is rotating fastest at the equator the  rockets already have that momentum, velocity  AND S?PEED so the use LESS FUEL to go into orbit. To get into a more polar orbit requires MORE FUEL.

Exactly WHERE do you claim the tickets?wound fall straight down to? The Sun. Earth is revolving around the Sun and is ALWAYS falling toward the Sun, but the Sun is moving too, so the Earth never falls into the Sun.

You've been asking these willfully ignorant questions for YEARS Vic. You could have earned a bachelor's degree and have majored in physics in that time
