Racism is a word that is vaguely defined so this question is impossible to answer honestly.

Actually no. The Philippines was racist towards black offspring by hookers and black military personnel in the Philippines. I hope you know what happened in Darfur, which is indicative of the way Arabs view blacks as non-leadership Muslims. I know there are others who also treat Blacks like they are treating Jews in Central and South America. See for yourself.

    Racism in Mexico

Racism in Mexico has a long history.[2][3] It is understood to be directly inherited from the caste and religious intolerance in the colonial period used to undermine the culture and legacy of the ancient Mesoamerican civilizations.[3] The upper and middle class Mexicans have lighter skin tones – as criollos directly of Spanish-descent – than members of the lower classes. In general, people who are darker-skinned and indigenous make up nearly all of the peasantry and working classes, while lighter-skinned Mexicans are in the ruling elite.[4]

It's only the democrats as a whole that are racist here in the USA,  & yes individual republicans are, overall you just see it on TV. People here get along in daily activities like peas in a pod, in general.

You would not know that by the protests and movements happening in a number of places over seas.

i'm not exactly sure where people get that assumption from.

racism exists everywhere. the biggest difference though is that in the west, there is a stronger emphasis on political correctness that doesn't exist the same way in other parts of the world.
