Society has determined that we each have certain rights to be free from people who perpetrate things like theft, rape, arson and murder. We enacted laws to lay out the guidelines clearly enough that someone with 4th-grade reading skills should be able to read and comprehend. The laws provide for a system of investigation, apprehension, arrest, charges, trial, appeal, sentencing and "corrections". The point of those laws is to serve as a deterrent to people otherwise inclined to try to hurt others and to "correct" those caught harming others.
Yes, while it might be currently true that you "have no money", and you're using someone else's internet access and device, you may someday own things (making you "rich" compared to others) that you want to keep others from taking without your permission, whether or not they are less rich than you.

With your "theory" and entitlement issues, that means anyone who has less than you have is entitled to take from you.
You MUST be a democrat! LOL. Take from the rich and give to the poor. That is what the democrats want to do in order to provide FREE healtheare and a FREE education to everyone and all of the illegal immigrants.

You dummy! That's like morons who think there's nothing wrong with shoplifting a small item from a grocery store! Besides, some homeless person may use the same argument with you if they steal from you someday. After all, YOU have a lot more money than they do, right?

There'll always be someone with less than you and one wonders if you'd advocate them being able to take your stuff, I mean you have what they want and they have none.

It is illegal for EXACTLY the same reason stealing from YOU is illegal.
Note: The fact you have access to a device capable of posting this question is PROOF you have more than you claim.

For the same reason you can't sue them for being smarter than you are. You have no case.

If you justify stealing from the rich you also justify stealing from the poor. Get a job.

Stealing is illegal regardless of your mentality......... most 'rich' people worked hard to get educated, worked hard to achieve what they have, saved and invested....... if you have no money and a mentality of a criminal that is not the fault of others, it is your fault

Most of them did something to earn that money. Get educated and do something productive with your life and then you can worry abut being stolen from legally through taxation.
