Strokes can come right out of the blue even to very fit and active folk. Best though to reduce eating but drink at least 2 litres of water, and do exercise. Hopefully, then, the angel of death will pass you by. It can all be over for you an instant from now, but try to give yourself a chance of a vigorous old age. See it coming.....and Duck.
When you are 60 still be exercising. People will chuckle, you will look more and more like a wreckage but you will be able to do things the other guys can’t do. You are not competing with younger guys. There are an awful lot of nice widow ladies when you get to be 60 and they cast approving glances and say shocking things, life can be very rewarding if you have looked after yourself, but eating, and drinking alcohol like a young man can is an absolute No No.
Same for you, Jackie, but different things to go for.

Loss of mobility, most noticeably in the facial muscles. If someone is having difficulty smiling, that's usually the first sign, as well as difficulty raising their arms. A stroke sufferer will also have slurred speech. Basically if they appear drunk without having had any alcohol, call an ambulance.
