What are the health benefits of eating walnuts and dates  every day?

    Walnuts, are a good source of healthy fats.  Because they are high in calories, they also supply calories or "energy" for cells to you. In small quantities they are a healthy addition to someone's diet.

    Dates are just tasty. The amount of sugar in a date is so high that it negates any "benefits" from whatever nutrients might be in the date.
