You actually DO NEED some cholesterol in your diet. It supports correct hormone functions., like testosterone. You do need t eat meat for a main source of protein.
You can not eliminate all cholesterol both good and bad.
BTW you do get cholesterol from plant based diets as well. Not all good either. Do your research. Eat in moderation and balanced diet and your fine.
If need be have some apple cider vinegar to balance and clean you out.
