Really? California is creating these homeless people their policies and laws. You can not put a homeless person into housing or have them seek help without there approval. Early release from prison is forcing these ex-inmates to live on the streets because they have no place to go.
As for Trump addressing this topic? Trump told Nancy Pelosi to focus on her job and clean up her district

Trump often bashed the mayors of SF, NYC and Chicago for their homeless policies.... but hey, there's a lot of stuff you weren't allowed to know by your handlers....isnt' there?
