Started cream for a rash on 9th Feb, today is *start* of the fourth week so is 4 weeks up at the end of this week or today?

How many days are in a week - 7 - right.
So a 4 week treatment is 28 days - right.
When you have done the treatment for 28 days - then you are done.
If you end the treatment at the "start" of the fourth week - then you have only done THREE weeks of treatment.

Four weeks is 28 days. Look at a calendar starting Feb. 9 and count forward 28 days. That is the end of four weeks.
