When can freedom of movement be restricted?

When such restrictions are for the public safety. This is why they can have a law that says you can not drive down the wrong side of a divided highway, for example. It is also why they are able to evacuate a city in advance of a hurricane, restrict you from entering a crime scene, forbid you from traveling across a neighbors yard, etc. There are thousands of laws that we follow every day that restrict movement. And we accept them because we acknowledge that they are for public safety and the preservation of other right (such as private property.) We do acknowledge that the government has the right to restrict movement.

In western countries government is usually able to restrict people’s freedoms by creating a sense of emergency or crisis.
Stay at home orders in reaction to Covid and the patriot act in reaction to 9/11 are examples in the U.S.

I don't know, man. Did you get both rounds of the Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson vaccine? If not then you can't get on that train.
It's funny how illegals cross the border unabated and citizens can't get on a plane anymore without the right vaccines. During the height of the lock downs my county closed only small businesses and restaurants, (Wal-Mart and Bestbuy stayed open) and not 5-miles away in the next county over was everything still open.
We are truly living in a CLOWN WORLD.
