Why did more people die of Covid in the corrupt, undemocratic United Kingdom than the wonderful EU recently?

General answer: overpopulation; the UK as a whole is one of the most densely populated large population countries in the EU, taking just England and we really hit the top. It's no surprise that the individual EU states with the highest Covid rates have correspondingly high population densities.

The initial high rates was thanks to slow and uncoordinated responses from our wonderful government; keeping the borders open when this all kicked off was ridiculous. That said, several individual EU states tried to close their borders and were threatened by the EU powers that be for doing so.

The January spike is a result of the government caving to pressure and reducing restrictions over the xmas period, and people being ignorant enough to socialise freely with no thought of the risks.

It's not over yet, though, even though the infection rates in the UK are dropping some EU states are reporting rises, and with their messed up vaccination program things are going to get much worse in the EU over the next few months.

If the UK wasn't democratic we would still be like the EU months behind vaccines due to corrupt bureaucracy.

Let's see how your wonderful economy plans out .

Trillions of debt mass unemployment and high taxes for the sheeple in eurostarzi land

Massive under reporting the in the corrupt EU, as you might expect, but how many more will die there while the stuff about trying to get a vaccination program going?

In the UK on average 20,000 people die each year from flu. In 2020, there were no recorded deaths by flue, as those deaths were subsumed in the covid deaths figures, but more importantly, the EU record people that died FROM covid, whereas the UK records people that died WITH covid. The difference is vast!

Which only goes to show that the EU are under reporting.
