    If two people suffer side effects then eight don't

    As the ten people are independent then we have:

    (0.09)² x (0.91)⁸...which is only one possible combination

    Choosing two from 10 we have 10C2 combinations in total

    Hence, 10C2 x (0.09)² x (0.91)⁸ => 0.171

    Rule

    X~Bi(n,p)P(X=r) = (nCr)* (p^r)*(1-p)^(n-r)
