Should I get tested for covid if I have a 104.2 fever, coughing, but no other symptoms?

Your fever is very high.  Call your doctor to see if they think you should be tested or call the emergency room.

If the symptoms have started in the last 2 days, then sure = get a quick results test and then you can start the antibody cocktail treatment from Regeneron or Ely Lily.

If it's been longer than that, assume that you have covid.  And get tested or not, but either way it likely won't change what you do.  If you feel like you need to see a doctor, you head to the doctor.
