What percentage rubbing alcohol is needed to spread color onto bleached areas on dark clothes?
I'm gonna try to get rid of the bleach stains on some of my clothes using rubbing alcohol. The guides I found don't say what strength is required. I have 71% rubbing alcohol at home, and I wonder if that'll work.

Most of what you buy is around 70%, which will work.
Since you are doing this by hand with a small cotton wool ball ..you have the control…. no matter what percentage you use.
