Jews that don Tefillin: When Israel is restored, can we don Tefillin at night? What about Shabbos and Yuntif?

    I polled a number of people and 7 said "yes" but 6 said "no".  Are you going to go with the majority?   The majority can be wrong.  Polls are limited.

    But, how can you go either way?  Israel is not yet restored.  What can you do with the answer today?

    When Israel is restored, everyone will know the correct answer.  You are supposed to wait.  You need to work on being patient.
