    Exit pupil can refer to the equivalent aperture in older literature.

    In telescope parlance, it refers to the size of the projected image.

    Field of view is the angle that your imaging system takes in. You would get reduced FOV if your optical exit pupil isn't well matched to  the observer's sensor.
