Are Mcdoubles okay for bulking?

Assuming I'm not going way over on calories is it okay to have a couple mcdoubles a few times a week while bulking?

Each has

390 cal, 20g fat, 32g carb, 22g protein

    LOL what else is in that mcdouble? How much HFCS, sodium, minerals and vitamins etc?

    You o realize McDonalds food is really garbage. It is high processed low nutrient so called food.

    Look at what you REALLY are eating. Calories are just a unit of measure and meaningless. You need to look at other real nutrients. Like protein, minerals, fats/oils, FIBER. BTW you should realize fast food is rap food and WILL MAKE YOU SICK. Not all meat is the same. And not all food is healthy for you. Even if it says organic or healthy it still not good for your body.
