    IT was snow to be mostly ENGINEERING flaws and inadequate PILOT training to operate the newer models! They RETIRED serval types of PLANES for these reasons! ALL PLANES should have PARACHUTES< if you ask me! They only have FLOTATION devices that Are UIELESS in a coming crash!

    Mostly pilot error. Ego problems cause almost all aviation accidents.
