When you're on unemployment do you have to show them your job applications every week?

To prove you're trying to get a job? Because I read you have to show unemployment 3+ job applications every week that you sent out along with phone numbers to the places you applied or attend a seminar in place of one of the applications every week.

It all depends on your state's unemployment law and regulations. In every state, you must be actively seeking work in order to claim benefits. ... Most states have an online handbook that guides claimants through the unemployment process.

Not every week.  You have to report that you applied for x jobs.  Keep your records.  In a few months, give or take some, they will call you in to see them.  In some instances, they may not ask you to prove your job seeking efforts for a couple of years but, they likely will at some point.  If you are only on unemployment benefits for a short time, you won't have to prove anything.

Usually not.  Sometimes they ask.  You need to have the information available to show them in case they ask, but they usually don't.

Where I live those terms/conditions have been in place for decades, a booklet that needs filling in daily with details of where you looked, what you applied for, interviews attended plus full employer details

If that's what is required,  then yes.
