    moles HCOOH = 0.0180 L X 0.400 mol/L = 7.2X10^-3

So, the midpoint in the titration will occur when 3.6X10^-3 mol LiOH have been added.

    3.6X10^-3 mol / 0.150 mol/L LiOH = 0.024 L = 24 mL LiOH
