Is it true that they take all your organs out during a C-section?
How do the organs work normally afterwards?

In most c-sections, the patient's bladder and intestines are just moved aside – still within the abdominal cavity – so the surgeon can better see and reach the uterus. In rare cases, the intestines may need to be temporarily lifted out of the patient's body if they were harmed during the surgery and need attention.

If they did - then the female would die. The OB/GYN only removes the baby and afterbirth.

They need to move your bladder and intestines out of the way. that is all. they are still in your body, just moved aside. sometimes intestines may have to be lifted out if there was any damage in surgery or to check for damage. they do not disconnect them or cut them out. they work the same because they are put back where they belong before they close the c section

Where in the world did you hear such a ridiculous thing? Not only would that be physically impossible without placing a person on a heart/lung bypass machine, but it would be absolutely unnecessary. All doctors do is move the intestines aside a bit to safely remove the baby from the mother's uterus. There's nothing coming out except the baby and the placenta shortly thereafter. BTW, something tells me you've been watching far too many horror movies. ROFL.
